Which arbitration body is responsible for FLYONE?
FLYONE does not take part in the Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr scheme. The government-run Schlichtungsstelle Luftverkehr at the German Federal Office of Justice is responsible instead.
It accepts claims from 10.01 to 5,000 euros and covers privately booked flights only — business trips are excluded.
Before that you must raise the claim directly with the airline and allow it two months to respond — unless it has already rejected the claim.

How to submit a claim to FLYONE
These details come from what FLYONE publishes itself and from the European Commission's list of national enforcement bodies.
- FLYONE names its online form as the route for complaints.
- FLYONE names this as the only route. Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 does not itself prescribe any form for bringing a claim, and under its Article 15(1) obligations towards passengers may not be limited by derogating or restrictive clauses in the contract of carriage. An informal letter therefore does not lose its effect — but with this airline it often goes unanswered in practice. Submit through the route named here and keep a letter as a record.
- FLYONE does not publish a dedicated complaints email address.
- The address on file is the registered office, not a complaints department. Post works, but takes longer than the form.
- Address your claim to FLYONE itself, not to the parent group.
- FLYONE (flight numbers 5F) is the Moldovan company of the FLYONE group and not an EU air carrier: the regulation applies only to departures from an EU airport. Do not confuse it with FlyOne Romania (OE) — the brand and the website flyone.eu are the same, but what matters is the operating company shown by your flight number.
- The address care@flyone.eu appears only in the conditions of carriage of the Romanian company. The Moldovan conditions require the website contact form and state that requests submitted any other way will not be considered.
